- First reminder — only to teammates who haven't responded.
- +72h
- Second reminder — same, softer copy.
- Survey close
- No final reminder. Silence is a valid answer.
DND awareness
- Slack DND — honoured. Reminder waits until DND clears, within a 6-hour window.
- Mobile quiet hours — honoured per teammate's device settings.
- Email — no DND concept; sends at the scheduled moment.
Customising
Admins can turn off both reminders, or keep only the first, from Survey → Schedule → Reminders. For recurring surveys this applies to every instance until changed.
Two reminders is the sweet spot. One feels missable; three tips into nagging. If your response rate is low, the fix is almost always rhythm — not more reminders.
