Every teammate controls their own notifications from Profile → Notifications in both the mobile app and the web dashboard.
Available toggles
- Daily check-in reminder — with a chosen time of day.
- Survey invites — on by default. Turning off means surveys are available but no nudge is sent.
- Streak celebrations — fire at 7-day milestones. Off by default for new teammates in 2026.
- Digest delivery channel — email, Slack, or both (admins and managers only).
What can't be turned off
- Security notifications (new-device logins, password changes, MFA changes). These always send.
- Billing notifications for the admin who owns payments.
- Data subject request confirmations.
Preferences sync across devices through the account, not the device. A toggle set in the web dashboard is respected by the mobile app and vice versa.
