Vibeshift exists because team wellbeing shouldn't be a yearly survey you never read.
Most wellbeing platforms ask people to fill out long questionnaires once or twice a year, then pack the results into a PDF no one opens. Vibeshift replaces that with thirty-second daily check-ins in the Vibe app, a company dashboard that updates in real time, and AI briefings that write a plain-English summary of what's actually changing on your team.
We built it for the moment a founder or people-ops lead asks “how's the team really doing?” and wants a real answer in seconds — not a six-month research project.
