How do I invite my team?
From the dashboard, go to Employees → Invite. Paste one email per line or upload a CSV. Everyone gets a branded invitation with a one-click join link.
Can managers see individual answers?
No. Vibe check-ins are anonymised before anything leaves the device. Managers only ever see aggregated team trends — never a single person's responses.
What model powers the AI briefings?
Vibeshift uses Google Gemini. We only pass aggregated numbers to the model — never individual responses, names, or open-text answers.
Does Vibeshift work offline?
Yes. The Vibe mobile app saves check-ins and journal entries locally and syncs them when the device is back online. No lost data, ever.
How do I cancel or delete my account?
From the dashboard Settings page. Deleting your company removes all data irreversibly within 30 days, in line with GDPR expectations.
