Digests mirror Slack briefings for people whose inbox is where work happens. They share the same data fetcher as Slack, so the numbers match exactly.
Cadence
- Weekly digest
- Monday morning in the workspace's timezone. Covers the previous Mon–Sun.
- Monthly digest
- 1st of the month in the workspace's timezone. Covers the previous calendar month.
Who receives
- Admins — full digest.
- Managers — department-scoped digest.
- Employees — not included. They get check-in nudges instead.
Turning it on/off
- 1Dashboard → Settings → Notifications → Email digests.
- 2Toggle weekly and monthly independently.
- 3Admins can also trigger a test send to their own inbox from the same page.
Digests count against your workspace's Maileroo quota. For very large companies we batch sends across a 4-hour window to stay well under the per-hour limit.
