Getting started

Invite your first employees

Two ways to onboard a team: invitation email, or self-service company code.

Vibeshift supports two onboarding flows. Pick one or mix them — both land employees on the same dashboard and mobile app.

Option 1 — Send invitation emails

Best when you already have a list of email addresses. Invitees receive a branded email with a one-click join link that pre-fills their company. They set a password and they're in.

  1. 1Dashboard → Employees → Invite.
  2. 2Paste one email per line, or upload a CSV with a single 'email' column.
  3. 3Pick a department (optional — you can assign later).
  4. 4Click Send. Invitations expire after 14 days and can be re-sent.

Option 2 — Share the company code

Best for larger teams, or when you want to skip collecting emails up-front. Every workspace has a 5-character company code (e.g. FFAD6). Employees download the Vibe mobile app, enter the code on the welcome screen, and create their own account.

Where to find the code
Settings → Company → Invite code
Where employees enter it
Vibe app → Join a company → paste code
Can it be rotated?
Yes — Settings → Company → Rotate code. Old links stop working immediately.

Duplicates and domain restrictions

  • If an invitee is already a Vibeshift user in another company, they'll be asked to confirm switching.
  • You can restrict sign-ups to a specific email domain (e.g. @acme.com) from Settings → Company → Domain restriction. The mobile app will reject codes used with non-matching domains.

Invitations are sent through Maileroo. If a teammate says the email didn't arrive, ask them to check spam and add noreply@mail.bearacle.com to their allowlist.
