Create your company workspace

The first five minutes — setting up your company, brand, and default language.

A Vibeshift workspace represents one company. It holds your team, surveys, dashboards, and billing. You can create a workspace in under two minutes and invite the rest of the team once you're happy with the basics.

Before you start

  • A work email address on your company domain (personal Gmail works too, but domain emails unlock faster verification).
  • Your company name as you want it shown to employees — this appears in the mobile app header.
  • Optional: a square logo (PNG or SVG) at 256×256px or larger.

Step by step

    Sign up at /register

    Enter your name, work email, and a password. You'll receive a verification email from noreply@mail.bearacle.com. Click the link to activate your account.

    Name your company

    Right after verifying, you'll be prompted to create a workspace. Pick a display name. The invite code (5 characters, like FFAD6) is generated automatically — this is what employees type into the mobile app.

    Pick your default language

    Surveys and AI briefings are generated in this language by default. You can change it later from Settings → Language. English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, and Polish are supported today.

    Upload a logo (optional)

    From Settings → Branding. The logo appears in invitation emails, the login screen employees see, and the mobile app's company badge.

Trial tip

New workspaces start on the Free tier with a 14-day trial of Professional features. You can invite up to 10 employees to start — enough to see meaningful aggregated metrics without committing to a plan.

What's next

  • Invite your first employees.
  • Publish a pulse survey so you have data in the dashboard within a week.
  • Connect Slack if your team lives there — it takes under a minute.
