Dashboard → Employees → Invite. The text area accepts one email per line, commas, or semicolons. We'll dedupe automatically and show you a preview before sending.
CSV format
Upload a .csv with a header row. Only 'email' is required — the rest are optional.

- Hard bounce — address doesn't exist. We mark the invite failed and don't retry. Fix the typo and resend.
- Soft bounce — inbox full or temporarily unreachable. We retry twice over 24 hours before marking failed.
- Spam folder — ask teammates to add noreply@mail.bearacle.com to their contacts or allowlist.
- Corporate filters — some workplaces strip HTML emails. A plain-text fallback is sent automatically.
If you're sending more than 200 invites at once we'll batch them over a few hours to stay under Maileroo's per-workspace quota. The UI will show progress.
