Journal

One entry per day. Plain text, local-first, editable for 24 hours after creation. Entries never leave the device. A streak counter motivates consistency; a clickable calendar lets a teammate browse past entries.

Mindful exercise

A breathing / meditation timer with bundled audio tracks — no streaming, so it works offline. Session duration and type are recorded; the content itself is not.

Voice-guided meditations

Launched April 2026. Short 3-, 5-, and 10-minute voice tracks with captions. A 3-2-1 countdown starts each session. Sessions can also be deep-linked from the daily recommendations card.

What reaches the dashboard

  • Journal: total entries this period per department. Never the content.
  • Mindful: total sessions and total minutes per department.
  • Meditations: which track types are most used, never which teammate used what.

Dashboards deliberately undersell these numbers. They're there for 'adoption is healthy' at a glance, not to create a leaderboard.
