Exporting and deleting data

Self-service exports

• Employee export — each teammate can download a JSON of their own check-ins, journal entries, and survey answers from Profile → Export my data in the mobile app.
• Admin export — admins can export aggregated dashboards as CSV or PDF from any dashboard page.
• Survey export — full survey results (anonymised) as CSV from Surveys → [survey] → Export.

Individual deletion requests

A teammate can request deletion from Profile → Delete my account. We process the request within 7 days. Their individual data is purged; aggregated contributions to past periods are anonymised (see Joiners and Leavers for the tradeoff).

Company-wide wipe

Admins can erase the entire workspace from Settings → Company → Delete workspace. See the Data Retention article for the full timeline. Nothing is recoverable after 30 days.
