Retention windows

Individual check-ins

Kept for the life of the account. Never shown to managers — only rolled into aggregates.

Aggregated dashboards

Kept for the life of the workspace.

Open-text comments

Kept for 12 months by default. Admins can extend to 24 months or shorten to 3 months under Settings → Data retention.

Server logs

Application logs are kept 30 days.

Backups

Full database backups kept 7 days. Deletions propagate to backups within 8 days.

Deleting a workspace

Settings → Company → Delete workspace. You'll be asked to confirm with the workspace name. After confirmation, data becomes inaccessible immediately. Full erasure — including backups — is complete within 30 days, per GDPR expectations.
