Teammates answer surveys directly inside Slack using Block Kit buttons. They never leave Slack, and their response is recorded instantly.
The employee experience
- 1A DM arrives from the Vibeshift bot with the survey title, a one-line context, and the first question.
- 2For Likert questions, five buttons (1–5) appear inline. For multiple-choice, buttons are labelled with the options.
- 3On tap, the message updates in place to show the next question or a 'Thanks, that's it' closer.
Open-text questions
If a survey has an open-text question, tapping 'Add a comment' opens a Slack modal. Comments are always anonymous — they're shown in the dashboard without a name attached, and they are never sent to the AI.
Rolling a question back is supported — a 'Change my answer' link stays in the DM until the survey closes. Answers update in the dashboard the moment they're changed.
